The Reno Aces topped the Round Rock Express, 7-1, the lion's share of the credit going to third baseman Ray Morton. On the day, Morton was 2 for 3 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Aces. Picking up the win was Brandon Sperling. He went 5.2 innings, allowing 1 run on 5 hits. The right--hander struck out 7 and walked 2. With the win, Reno goes to 32-24, while the Express fall to 27-29.
