Inland Empire pitcher Matt Telecky did his part in helping his team beat the Edmonton Edge, 4-3. The left-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. The win went to Grey Cox in relief, making him now 1-2. Elton Ghiloni took the loss for Edmonton. The 66ers sit in 7th place in the Pacific Coast League Pacific Division with a record of 26-26.

The 66ers got a big at-bat from catcher Tymon Galloway. For the game, Galloway was 1-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 4th home run of the season gave Inland Empire a 3-2 lead.

"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Inland Empire manager J.D. Fayson. "It's usually not just one thing."
