Victoria Slaps 6-4 Loss on Triplets
HarbourCats first baseman Nando Arriola left his imprint on his team's 6-4 win over the Evansville Triplets. Arriola went 2 for 5 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for Victoria in the contest. Victoria pitcher Brenden Labranche earned the win, hiking his record to 2-2. P.J. Denherder suffered the loss. The 5th-place HarbourCats now have a win-loss record of 26-24.

Victoria took a 6-3 lead on Elijah Holmes's 2nd home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which Holmes hit in the top of the eighth, left Evansville pitcher Will Leach visibly frustrated.

"It doesn't matter if you're 10 games over .500 or 10 games under, it feels good to win," Holmes told the Victoria News.
