The Inland Empire 66ers had to overcome a big game from Victoria center fielder Tyler Lindow to leave Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark with a victory. And they did, winning 6-5. Lindow was 4-5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles. Inland Empire reliever Alex Lawhorn picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Jhonny Guevara shouldered the loss. The 5th-place 66ers have a record of 20-22.

Had Lance Nellans not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 3rd, Nellans hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 6-5, in favor of the 66ers.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Nellans said after the game.
