4-0 Loss Extends Sacramento Skid
|
Reno starter Ryder Harris pitched well against the Sacramento River Cats at Blues Stadium. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-0. Grim Sleva picked up the save for Reno, his 8th of the year. The Aces win now puts them at 21-18.
The Aces benefited from an error in the bottom of the fifth inning. Reno was leading 1-0 when Nathaniel Nyland hit a run-scoring single that was misplayed. It put Reno in front, 2-0.
"Ryder is a tough competitor," said Reno manager Ross Winfrey.
