The Iowa Cubs got a good effort from starter Richard Lyons in defeating the Victoria HarbourCats at Security Service Field. The final score was 4-2. The winner was Iowa reliever Neil Starr, now 3-0. The loser was Elijah Beckham. The win boosts the Cubs to 21-17. The loss puts the HarbourCats at 16-22.
