The New Orleans Baby Cakes beat the Tacoma Rainiers, 5-3. New Orleans pitcher and Arlington, Texas, native Jason Long led the way. Long got the win, improving to 2-0. He gave up 6 hits and walked 3 over 7 innings. He allowed 3 runs. The Baby Cakes have an impressive 21-13 record.
