Starting pitcher Yorick George gave the Sacramento River Cats a rock-solid performance, helping his team defeat the Oklahoma City Wranglers, 2-1, at River Cats Ballpark. Luan Oliveira earned his 5th save, after closing out the game. With the win, the River Cats sit at 19-15.

The River Cats got a big at-bat from third baseman Michael Lacey. For the game, Lacey was 1-4 with a double, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 5th double of the season gave Sacramento a 2-0 lead.
