Baby Cakes Use Late Rally to Win 5th Straight
The New Orleans Baby Cakes electrified the crowd with a walk-off win.

Honolulu got a terrific game from right fielder Roger Dane. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to New Orleans, 4-3. Dane was 3 for 4 with 3 doubles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The win belonged to Oscar Spuck in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Samuël Groote took the loss for Honolulu.

Wyatt Sommerfield was the walk-off hero for New Orleans. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Baby Cakes center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"I like how we're playing right now," said Sommerfield.

Honolulu is 17-8 after the loss.
