ThunderSharks Rally to Beat 66ers, 7-6
The Honolulu ThunderSharks overcame a pretty good performance by Inland Empire third baseman Cristobal Friedman, beating the 66ers, 7-6, at Smith's Ballpark. Friedman was 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2. Nick Pullen snagged the win in relief. He goes to 2-0 on the season. Zach Casley suffered the loss. With the win, Honolulu goes to 11-11.

The decisive blow was delivered by Lorenzo Figueroa in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a run-scoring double off 23-year old right-handed pitcher Zach Casley to win the game for Honolulu. The home crowd went nuts.

"It all comes down to competing and our guys love to compete," said ThunderSharks manager Neil Kuntz.
