The rain did not keep Iowa and Inland Empire from finishing their game.

Inland Empire left fielder Caiden Criswell was sensational. He was 2-3 with a home run and was hit by a pitch, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. But it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Iowa beat the 66ers, 5-3. The save was credited to Roger Estrada, his 7th.

Júlio Rodríguez, who is tied for 5th in the PCL in triples with 1, chipped in a 2-run home run for Iowa in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the shortstop had 2 hits in 3 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.
