Wet weather did not postpone the Sacramento-Honolulu ballgame.

Starting pitcher Étienne Laliberté pitched well enough to help the Sacramento River Cats beat the Honolulu ThunderSharks, 11-3. The loss lowers the Honolulu record to 1-3.

Sacramento right fielder Nathan White contributed a timely at-bat in the top of the fourth. With two down, he hit a changeup to center field for a 2-run single. It was his 9th hit of the season and put the River Cats ahead, 3-1.

"Étienne has got a slow heartbeat," said Sacramento manager Boone Broyles. "He doesn't panic or anything."
