Oklahoma City Gets 3-0 Win Versus Victoria in 13
|
Fans brought energy and enthusiasm to the Victoria HarbourCats home opener. Isaac Nasco started for the home team against Logan Benedict for the Oklahoma City Wranglers. The HarbourCats were unable to reward the home crowd with a win. The final score was 3-0, Oklahoma City, in 13 innings. Isaac Nasco, though, was impressive. Horácio Santana picked up the win in relief for Oklahoma City, while Adrian Brown took the loss.
Linley Payne had a key at-bat in the top of the 13th. With a runner on 1st, he hit a single. It helped send Oklahoma City to the win.
In postgame remarks, Payne simply said: "Here's to a great win!"
