Langston has 3 hits, Leads Bisons to Win
Buffalo left fielder Thornton Langston picked up 3 ribbies while helping his team beat back the Ottawa Oddballs, 5-4. Dennis Trujillo notched his 3rd save in 7 chances. At 73-47, the Bisons are currently second in the International League Northeast Division.

Langston had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a 1-1 sinker from Ezra Varney, he banged a 3-run home run to right, giving the Bisons a 5-2 lead. It was the 25th home run of the year for Langston.

"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Buffalo manager Rich Hernandez. "It's usually not just one thing."
