Biscuits Come Back Late to Top Engineers, 5-3

Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium was the site of a competitive game between the Shreveport Engineers and Montgomery Biscuits.
Montgomery picked up a win at Montgomery Riverwalk Stadium, bumping off the Shreveport Engineers, 5-3. Pitcher Wilbur Arthur was a major reason the Biscuits emerged victorious. The winner in relief was A.J. Mizutani. The right-hander allowed 1 run on 1 hit in 1.2 innings. He now owns a record of 5-5. Henry Wolfe collected save number 18.
Had Eduard Pasichnychenko not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and the bases loaded, Pasichnychenko hit a 2-run single. That made the score 5-3, in favor of the Biscuits.
"This was a good win," said Pasichnychenko.
The Biscuits move to 54-48 with the win, while the Engineers drop to 78-24.
