Good production from right fielder Justin Martin helped the Philadelphia Phillies topple the New York Mets, 10-4. Martin was 2 for 5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice for the Phillies. Dave Toller snagged the win in relief. He goes to 1-5 on the season. Zachary Britt suffered the loss. Philadelphia sits in 4th place in the American League Alvarado Division at 21-23.

Martin contributed a big hit, a 2-run home run, for Philadelphia in the top of the third. With his team trailing 2-1, Martin took a circle change from Zachary Britt and stroked the home run to left. His 14th home run of the season allowed the Phillies to leap in front, 3-2.
