Free Falling Naturals Lose Again
|
Craig Kendall never let Northwest Arkansas get something going. The Chattanooga right-hander commanded his fastball in pitching the Scouts to a 4-1 win. Northwest Arkansas has now lost 22 consecutive games.
Zefirino Cugnoni helped out the Chattanooga cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the first baseman was 1 for 2 with a walk.
"This game will humble you at times and you've got to buck up and deal with it," said Northwest Arkansas manager Ben Brewer.
