Camareno Helps Niagara Falls Take Divisional Series Game 1
The Niagara Falls Rapids started the Divisional Series in style, downing the visiting Maine Lobsters at Nat Bailey Stadium by a score of 8-5 to grab an early 1-0 lead in the best-of-7 series. Rapids first baseman Richie Camareno went 3-4 with a double and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

With the game tied, 5-5, in the bottom of the sixth, Camareno had a key at-bat for Niagara Falls. With a runner on 3rd, Camareno hit a run-scoring single off Yudas Resendis, making the score 6-5, Rapids.

"The boys were really swinging the bats today," winning manager Josh Reeder said.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Nat Bailey Stadium in Niagara Falls.
