Gates Jacks Two Home Runs in 6-2 Fresno Win
With designated hitter Sebastian Gates leading the charge, the Fresno Falcons defeated the London Royals, 6-2, at Savemart Center. Gates, who is tied for 6th in the NL in home runs with 40, belted 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. The Falcons have an impressive 103-59 record.

The Falcons got a big at-bat from first baseman Hugo Busso. For the game, Busso was 1 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the fourth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 21st home run of the season gave Fresno a 3-2 lead.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Fresno manager Pedro Alvarado.
