Angels Topple Knights, 9-2, as Sinclair Shines
The timely hitting of Reed Sinclair helped the California Angels down the Las Vegas Knights, 9-2. Sinclair went 2-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 4 for the Angels. California pitcher Jordan Nelson got the win. He's now 2-2. Raymundo Capellan was tagged with the loss. California is now 97-57, while Las Vegas is 53-101.

Sinclair contributed a big hit, a 2-run home run, for California in the bottom of the fourth. With his team trailing 1-0, Sinclair took a changeup from Raymundo Capellan and stroked the home run to left. His 24th home run of the season allowed the Angels to leap in front, 2-1.

"I've been criticized for being a slacker, but the one thing I do care about is winning," Sinclair told the California Citizen.
