The Texas Rangers racked up a win at Globe Life Park in Arlington, bumping off the Las Vegas Knights, 4-1. Chris Romano, who started for Texas, pitched effectively for his team. Peyton Montenegro earned his 12th save, after closing out the game. Texas raised its record to 25-16 with the win.

Texas took control in the bottom of the seventh. With no one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, Edward Blake hit a run-scoring single to make it 2-1, Rangers.

"Chris is pitching with a lot of determination and a lot of fire," said Texas manager James Sparks.
