Houston Loss Tarnishes Key Performance
Houston left fielder Pearce Key had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Key hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 times and drove in 5, even as Cincinnati beat the Astros, 11-10. Rusty Rha earned the save for Cincinnati, his 36th. The 4th-place Reds improved to 73-69.
