The Buffalo Bisons grabbed a win, 8-3, over the Gwinnett Stripers at Coolray Field. Buffalo first baseman Graehme Britton went 1-4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 3. Buffalo is first in the International League Northeast Division with a record of 47-33.
With Buffalo trailing 2-0 in the top of the third, Britton hit a slider from Hadley Scott for a 3-run home run. It was his 17th home run of the season and put the Bisons ahead, 3-2.
"Today was a lot of fun," said Britton.
