Mud Hens Rally to Win, 4-3
The Toledo Mud Hens wiggled past the Newark Bears, 4-3, at Fifth Third Field. The win was highlighted by the performance of Toledo pitcher Xavier Hazel. With the win, the Mud Hens improved to 28-40.

The decisive blow was delivered by Kayden Rainwater in the bottom of the 13th when he hit a run-scoring double off 32-year old right-handed pitcher Mario Reuter to win the game for Toledo. The home crowd went nuts.

"We came out on top and that's all I can ask for," said Hazel.
