The Rochester Norsemen took on the Charlotte Knights at Hustlers Stadium.
Rochester Norsemen starter Albert Bergevin was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Charlotte Knights, 4-0. In 5.1 innings, Bergevin surrendered 3 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 2. He allowed no runs.
It could have been a different outcome for Rochester, had it not been for Tucker Rodriguez, the 29-year old left fielder . Rodriguez contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the first inning to put Rochester up, 1-0.
"Albert pitched like a champ," said Rochester manager Pierrick Gardella.
With the victory, the Norsemen record stands at 33-31.
