Perigo Leads Columbus Past Syracuse
Columbus Clippers starter Joseph Perigo turned in a top-notch performance against the Syracuse Chiefs at Victory Field. The result was a win for the Clippers, 6-1. With the win over Syracuse, the Clippers improved to 34-26.

Perigo threw well for Columbus, thwarting the Syracuse offense. The right-hander tossed 87 pitches over 9 innings. He allowed just 1 run on 5 hits.
