8-1 Loss Extends Colorado Skid
The Colorado Rockies had their hands full with Fresno Falcons starter Fulgencio Ochoa, who frustrated Colorado hitters while leading Fresno to a comfortable, 8-1 win. The 5th-place Rockies have lost 6 straight games.

Fresno used the hitting of Gavin Greenwalt to pick up the win. The first baseman clubbed a 3-run home run in the top of the first inning to put the Falcons on top, 3-0. For the game, Greenwalt had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"We didn't put our best foot forward tonight," said losing manager Carlos Becerra.
