Louisville used a superb performance from starting pitcher Johnny Misner to down the Pawtucket Red Sox, 2-0. The winner was Misner. He threw 8.0 innings of shutout ball. The loser was Jeremy Etienne. Louisville has a record of 15-16, placing them 7th in the International League Southwest Division.
Logan Seger, who is tied for 6th in the IL in bases on balls with 14, had a direct impact on the outcome. Seger contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the third inning to put Louisville up, 2-0.
