Starting pitcher Demario Thompson fulfilled his part of the bargain, helping the Orlando Wizards stymie the Buffalo Bisons, 6-1. The loss drops Buffalo to 11-14.

Orlando used a clutch at-bat from Kellan Diaz to capture the win. The second baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Wizards ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Diaz. "And not try to do too much."
