The Pawtucket Red Sox took Otto Tripp's best shot and still were able to collect a win at Valiants Ballpark. The final score had Pawtucket getting past the Bears, 1-0, in 14 innings. Tripp over 7 innings allowed no runs on 8 hits, while striking out 3. The Bears, now 7-14, continue their sluggish start.

Ethan Chestnut had a key at-bat in the top of the 14th. With runners on 1st and 2nd, he got hit by a pitch. It helped send Pawtucket to the win.

"I'm glad this one's going in the books as a 'W'," Chestnut said.
