Despite a fine performance by first baseman Freddy Sarakul, the Buffalo Bisons lost to the Columbus Clippers, 4-3. Sarakul was 2-2 with a double and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The loss drops the Bisons to 5-10.

Columbus third baseman Alex Neal helped the Clippers go up, 4-3, in the bottom of the seventh inning. With the game tied, Neal hit a run-scoring single off Buffalo pitcher Travis Lake.
