Wilkes-Barre Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
People outside the ballpark no doubt heard the roar of the crowd as the winning run crossed the plate.

The Wilkes-Barre Barons managed to get by the Buffalo Bisons, 4-3, at Coca-Cola Park. Wilkes-Barre pitcher J.D. Wald set himself apart with his performance. Wilkes-Barre reliever Fulgencio Ochoa picked up the win. Max Snyder took the loss for Buffalo.

Wilkes-Barre got a clutch hit from Elliott Joseph. The second baseman launched a 2-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a kill shot.

"This house was rockin'," Joseph said.

Wilkes-Barre goes to 5-3 with the win.
