Haggard King of the Hill, No-Hits Catch

Is it better to be lucky or good?
After leading the Pompano Beach Aqua Sox to victory, 2-0, and tossing a no-hitter over the Oviedo Catch, Cameron Haggard didn't have the answer.
"I don't know," Haggard said. "To do what I did today, I'm pretty sure it takes both."
On his big day at Ballpark of Oviedo, Haggard fanned 10 and had 1 walk. And it seemed that when the Catch managed to hit the ball hard, it went right at a defender.
"That's how you get a no-hitter," Haggard said with a smile. "A lot of skill mixed with a little luck."
This season, Haggard has a 3-2 mark in 10 starts with a 4.58 ERA. He has given up 49 hits in 53 innings, struck out 41 and issued 9 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .243 batting average against him.
