Paddy Errington brought his A-game to help Hollywood defeat the Boca Raton Buccaneers, 4-1. The Spoonbills, at 25-16, sit in third place in the Florida Rookie League Southeast Division.

Pablo Gutiérrez came through with a big-time hit for Hollywood. The designated hitter smacked a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to give his team the lead, 2-1. It was his only hit, but it was clutch.

"Winning is the only thing that really matters," Gutiérrez told the Hollywood Observer. "If you can win without even breaking a sweat, more power to you."
