Oviedo catcher Heath Britsch had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 6-4, to Fort Myers at JetBlue Park. Britsch was 3-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Sandro Soto snagged the win in relief. He goes to 2-0 on the season. Nick Sessoms suffered the loss. Fort Myers is now 19-23, Oviedo 17-25.

Fort Myers got a big at-bat from San Juan, Puerto Rico native Aitor Aybar, who in the bottom of the third hit a 2-run double. It was his 5th double of the season and put the Flamingos ahead, 6-0.

"To get where we want to as a team, we all have to do things out of our comfort zone," Aybar told the Fort Myers Today.
