Galvan Lifts Sailors to 10-8 Triumph
The Sanibel Sailors downed the Clearwater Threshers, 10-8. The hitting star was third baseman Tono Galvan. Galvan went 4 for 5 with a home run and 3 doubles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Sailors. The winner was Carson Magno in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Isaias Prestridge took the loss. Sanibel now sports a record of 11-8.

The game was all tied up in the top of the ninth, until Galvan delivered big-time for Sanibel, stroking a dramatic 3-run home run off Isaias Prestridge. The game-changing hit put the Sailors on top, 10-7.
