Velez Helps Hurricanes Run Win Streak to 5
No one was more impactful than José Velez in the 11-9 Daytona Beach win over Coral Springs. Velez went 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, a walk, and was hit by a pitch, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. Norbert Horner went 5.1 innings, allowing 7 runs on 9 hits.
