Josiah Walsh helped his team muscle past the Florence Swordfish, 5-3. In the game, the Sedona designated hitter was 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. Alexander Sheppard nailed down his 1st save. The Steers, at 14-29, sit in last place in the Arizona Rookie League North Division.

Walsh had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a 2-0 fastball from Dave Cardenas, he banged a 2-run home run to left-center, giving the Steers a 2-0 lead. It was the 9th home run of the year for Walsh.

"We put a lot of pressure on ourselves," Walsh told a Sedona Daily News reporter. "Sometimes we just need to relax."
