Gnomes Pick Up 3-2 Road Win Over Bullhead City
In a low-scoring affair between the Yuma Gnomes and the Bullhead City Catfish, pitcher Nathan Grimsley was the difference between victory and defeat. The Yuma right-hander earned kudos in the 3-2 Gnomes win. George Runyan closed it out for Yuma, earning his 8th save. The Gnomes are now 24-18.

Yuma won the game in part because of Ripley Sester. The catcher ripped a 2-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Gnomes ahead, 2-0. For the game, Sester had 1 double and 1 home run in 4 at-bats.

"It's nice to get the results when you're feeling good and throwing the ball well," said Grimsley after the game.
