Yuma Loss Tarnishes Fine Game by Lacey
The Flagstaff Blue Devils had to overcome a big game from Yuma center fielder Elijah Lacey to leave Tempe Diablo Stadium with a victory. And they did, winning, 7-5. Lacey was 2 for 2 with a home run and 2 walks, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. With the win, Flagstaff raised its record to 22-15.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Sebastian Pérez? The Flagstaff first baseman had a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Blue Devils on top, 7-5. For the game, Pérez had 1 double and 2 singles in 4 at-bats.
