Stampede Solve Pocatello in Extra Innings
The Medicine Hat Stampede faced a tough opponent in Pocatello pitcher Bram Aquino, but found a way to pull out the victory at Ballpark of Medicine Hat by a final score of 6-2 in 11 innings. Aquino went 6 innings and allowed 1 run. The win elevated the Stampede to 23-5.

The decisive blow was delivered by Roberto Rodríguez in the bottom of the 11th when he hit a grand slam home run off 21-year old right-handed pitcher Zayden McAninch to win the game for Medicine Hat. The home crowd went nuts.

"Good team win," Rodríguez said. "I love it when a plan comes together."
