Great Falls Voyagers starter Jere McCall hurled his team past the Helena Brewers, 2-1. McCall, now 2-0, was the winner. In 5.1 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 1, walking 2, and allowing 1 run. Sergio Rodriguez earned his 2nd save, after closing out the game.

The Brewers had been locked in a 1-1 tie with the Voyagers going into the bottom of the fourth inning. That changed quickly when the 20-year old right fielder Dylan Rohe came to the plate. Rohe hit a solo home run on a 0-1 fastball from Helena hurler Maddox Fontenot. It was Rohe's 2nd home run of the year.

"That's baseball," said Helena manager Ben Nieto. "You're not always going to be hitting on all cylinders."

The Voyagers now have a record of 15-11.
