Santiago Lifts Mountaineers to 6-3 Win
|
Milt Santiago had a hand in Erwin defeating Pocatello by the score of 6-3. Santiago went 3 for 4 at the plate, scoring 1 times and driving in 5 runs. Ethan Penny collected save number 1. Erwin has now reeled off 6 straight wins.
Erwin grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Santiago hit a bases-clearing double. His 4th double of the season put the Mountaineers out in front, 5-2.
