Cannons Drop Another One, 6-4
|
The Danville Braves topped the Calgary Cannons, 6-4, in Appalachian League action at Ballpark of Calgary. He allowed 2 runs. Picking up the save was Jude White, his 2nd.
The Braves got an important contribution from shortstop Juan Guzman, who in the top of the third punched a 2-2 fastball into center for a 2-run double. It was his 1st double of the season and put the Braves ahead, 6-0.
