Pulaski turned a good performance from starting pitcher Leeshawn Robinson into a 3-0 triumph over the Kinston Indians at Ballpark of Kinston. In 5.1 innings, Robinson surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 0. He allowed no runs. Kinston drops to 3-11.

Pulaski used the timely hitting of Jim DeCarolis to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the ninth inning to put the Yankees on top, 2-0. It was his only hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"When you're losing, the game looks more difficult to play than it is," said Kinston manager Mason Buzzell.
