Nuñez Silences Cincinnati Bats
Houston picked up a win at Minute Maid Park, bumping off the Cincinnati Reds, 7-6. Pitcher Rogelio Nuñez was a major reason the Astros emerged victorious. Houston, now 15-10, has gotten their season off to a good start.

Nuñez gave Houston a solid start. The right-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 7.1 innings.

"Rogelio attacked hitters and trusted his stuff," said Houston manager Anders Robinson.
