CAL News Flash: Development Facilities Open

With the season over and the final out recorded, teams are already looking towards the next year. Coaches, trainers, and staff are up the next day at the crack of dawn, moving pitching mounds into place, setting up equipment, loosening their arms, and prepping plans for the players they will be working with. With the doors of their development complexes open, organizations can now send players to their facility for personalized offseason work, in order to improve specific aspects of their game.
You can find the screen for the development facility on the team's development tab, all the rules are properly explained there.

CAL News: The Offseason Begins

The California League offseason is like a river. It ebbs and flows toward a sea of uncertainty. The next few months, though, are where a superior general manager really makes his mark: contract negotiations, trade talks, club assessments, scouting and minor league evaluations. Now that the 2033 playoffs are in the books, it's time for GMs and their staff to get down to the business of creating next year's version of their team.
