Greensboro won the final game by a 2-1 count at MCU Park to clinch its spot in the next round. They will hope to once again rely on Capdevila there, as he hit .409 with 0 home runs, 1 RBI 4 runs scored during the series. The Greensboro Grasshoppers will play against the Bowling Green Hot Rods in the next round. Bowling Green won their series against the Asheville Tourists 4 games to 0.
