League KO's RockHounds-RoughRiders Players with 4-Game Suspensions Tuesday, April 26th , 2033 The fans at Dr. Pepper Ballpark saw it all yesterday in the RockHounds-RoughRiders game -- pushes, shoves, scuffles, a few tackles, a few swings, a few feeble punches -- and a baseball game, too. When the ruckus was over, only two players were sent to the showers by the umpire crew. Midland's Jorge Trevino and Frisco's Juan Ayon were ejected from the game. Today the two players were suspended 4 games by the league commissioner. This year, Trevino is hitting .276 with 1 home run. |
