Wednesday, June 13th , 2029
If there wasn't a history between Connor Fuhrman of Biloxi and Max Carlson of Tennessee, then there is one now. The incident between the two sparked a bench-clearing scrum with those two being the center of attention. Now they will miss 3 and 6 games respectively as a result of their actions. The league office announced their suspensions today.
"We're both really competitive," Fuhrman said later, "and sometimes things go a little too far because of it."
Looking at his stats this year, Fuhrman has compiled a .303 batting average, while hitting 1 home run and driving in 6 runs. He has played in 9 games and scored 8 runs.
In 11 starts this season, Carlson has picked up 8 wins while suffering 1 loss. He has pitched 79.1 innings, allowed 73 hits, struck out 67 and posted a 3.18 ERA.
